New recipe

Made a fresh peach puff pancake for brunch yesterday.  I melted a tablespoon of butter in a cast iron pan in the oven at 400 degrees, then sliced a fresh piece thinly and evenly  in the bottom of the pan and sprinkled with with brown sugar.  I made a batter of 3 eggs, a half a cup of milk, a pinch of salt and a half cup of flour whisked together and poured this over the peaches, and baked the whole for 25 minutes.  Yummy!
